Strategic Planning

We have over 25 years experience in designing and implementing strategic planning processes and preparing strategic plans from local to international levels. Project briefs include integrated land-use, resource management, eco-tourism, recreation, river catchment and coastal management plans, as well as sustainability frameworks and strategic action plans for a range of organisations and government/stakeholder groups. With a strong focus on participatory and cooperative work, our support and guidance over the years has delivered effective short and long-term plans with clear aims, key goals and strategies, backed by practical implementation plans. We have a range of interactive planning tools and plan templates to assist in these tasks.

Environmental PLanning & Design

We have 30 years experience in a wide range of integrated land-use, resource management, settlement, conservation and recreation planning and design. This includes, carrying out assessment and background studies, concept design, and preparation of reports, policies and guidelines, strategies and management plans. We create and manage small to large project teams including ecological, social, economic, engineering, artist and design consultants, tailored specifically to suit your project brief. We can also integrate our specific skills and experience with your project team. We engage a range of our cutting edge sustainability tools in the planning and design process with excellent results.

Facilitation & Mediation

We have an excellent record in providing support for planning and design, decision-making and other situations that require independent facilitation, mediation and management. We can design the processes, coordinate and deliver the program whether it is a 3-day conference or a single session, a strategic planning or problem-solving workshop, a complex resource management or organisational change project, chairing a ‘roundtable’ or resolving key issues with all key stakeholders. We have developed a range of effective processes to support participatory planning, design and action.
